Tasman Motorcycle Training Cancellation Policy
Tasman Motorcycle Training is committed to providing clients with excellent customer service and training and as such our services are in high demand. When a client cancels at very late notice however, it is often not possible to fill the appointment time.
We understand that on occasion it may be necessary to cancel or change an appointment time and ask that clients advise us as soon as possible by email to email@example.com or by text/phone to Mitch on 0274 966 244
If you do not notify of the need to change/cancel by 12pm the day prior to your booking and do not arrive at the scheduled time you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed appointment before another appointment can be confirmed.
If you arrive for your appointment and are unable to complete the training/test due to the following, you will be required to pay the full cost of the training/test before another appointment can be confirmed.
- You did not bring a valid driver’s licence.
- Your motorcycle is not appropriate for your 6L and/or 6R licence.(LAMS)
- Your motorcycle is not road legal.
- You are suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- You are not wearing adequate protective clothing and gear.
In the event that Tasman Motorcycle Training cancels your appointment for any reason, we will reschedule your booking on a mutually suitable date.
By booking your appointment, you are confirming that you understand and agree to this cancellation policy.
